The Queen of Wands, as a person, is adaptable, creative and willing to learn. She will try her hand at anything and usually succeeds. As the wife of the often absent King she accepts the task of managing everything the King would manage, when he is absent, so, she is depicted as a substitute King with the same surroundings and the same look about her. She commits herself entirely to the task at hand (she willingly sits on the King's throne in his stead) and the King trusts her to do so loyally. She has passion and strength (depicted by the lion on the draped cloth of the throne). She is responsive to any call (she is ready to move with her wooden staff and her hand on the arm of the throne). She is confident (she is outward looking and holds her head up in the confidence she has in her abilities). This is someone you can emulate, or trust to help you with what needs to be done.
