Hello! Welcome to the Tarotscopes for May! Scroll down to find your star sign and read what the cards want to tell you.
I was delighted to read my own tarotscope this time – I’m a Gemini – I have been working hard on a project just recently and I have been learning new skills. In fact my brain has been on a roller coaster this past month or two.
If the Queen of Pentacles and The World are right (and I hope they are!) it might just pay off – in fact you might hear about it in the next couple of weeks but I’m keeping quiet for now……….keep your eyes peeled – it is tarot related!
I hope these tarotscopes can help you navigate your way through the merry month of May and help you grab those opportunities and skirt the traps on the way – life is too short to keep falling into the same old pitfalls.
Stay safe and good and I hope the Spring brings you happiness and success in all things.
Best wishes,
Patricia
ARIES:

The Ace of Wands represents the start of a new project or undertaking – this could be a hobby, a new idea for a business, travel or moving to a new home. At the moment, whatever this might be, the project is in its infancy – possibly just a thought or vague idea. The message of this card is to let you know that there is a lot of energy from the Universe, around, to help with this new project. So, if an idea or a concept has grabbed your attention then now is a good time to put some real application into it if you want it to succeed.
The Seven of Swords and the Ten of Swords do imply that there is a situation which you are finding quite difficult at the moment. The Seven of Swords would indicate an amount of manipulation going on with regards to this issue – either by you or the other/s involved. If it is you, then you should consider where this is appropriate for the situation, because it could make it worse. The Ten of Swords indicates the end of a cycle, so this issue might well be coming to a conclusion soon, regardless – however, if you wish to come out of this looking reasonable, and with your integrity intact, then don’t fall into the trap of misrepresenting the facts, or yourself – honesty is the best policy.
The Hanged Man indicates that you might want a particular situation sorted out sooner rather than later, but the truth is you can’t make things happen the way you want them to – in fact the more you push and pull to get the solution you want could make it worse for you. The best way to handle this is to just submit to patience and wait for things to develop as they should. Once you relax off the whole issue you will find some relief on a personal level at least. Be patient – perhaps it would serve you better to direct your energies toward this new project that is emerging than to hang onto old issues – it is possible that this is going to be more relevant to your future than this overhanging problem has ever been. Perhaps it is time to just let it go and head in to your next adventure.
TAURUS:

Get your brain in gear this coming month, take a deep breath, and focus on what needs your attention and brain power right now. You need to work on any projects or ventures you are involved in if you want to get things moving.
The Ace of Swords indicates a shift in your perceptions of the way things ‘have always been’ and you might feel there is something better. You could find yourself searching for an alternative way to approach your life. You could be seeking clarity about a particular situation, but not be sure how to go about it. All the while this could be a distraction from what really needs to be done.
However, the Four of Wands is indicating that, in fact, something you are working on, which is still in its early stages, is beginning to show signs of real progress. Unfortunately, the Seven of Wands suggests that, actually, you have lost your motivation for this project and feel pretty bored about the whole thing. Perhaps this is why your mind is wandering – you are looking for some excitement or an easy solution to a sticking point. The Truth is this project could be just the thing that will bring exactly what you need into your life, and right now you have two choices – one is to let your boredom overcome you and the project fade into nothing, or to get yourself together and work at it. The Four of Wands would have no hesitation in advising you to work at it – and soon you’ll see signs of its success – so keep working at it.
Perhaps, just for this coming month, let all the other things that are frustrating, or niggling you, roll over you so that you can concentrate on the most realistic solution to your boredom – your current project. If you can remember how excited you were about this project at the beginning it might kickstart your passion into action. Once you are back on it you’ll be surprised at how excited and engaged you are again – not to mention the progress you’ll achieve in your project.
But read on because Taurus is the birthday month and you get an extra card!
Here it is:
The Eight of Pentacles

The Eight of Pentacles is a lovely card to get because it indicates that financially things are on the up. It is a card which represents getting to a stage in life where your income and security is becoming more and more established and comfortable. But you could have more – if you are willing to work at it – and the way to do this is to add to your skill set. It doesn’t have to be anything big like a college course, or a degree (though if this suits you, go for it!), it can simply be learning about a new aspect of your employment, if you have a job, or learning something that would give you an edge over other people like public speaking, or managing finances. In fact, if you take this card’s message into account with your tarotscope, above, it might be suggesting that there is something you need to learn to get your project going again – and if you learn it then this card could be indicating great success in terms of money. Regardless of what happens we hope your Birthday was/is a happy one!
GEMINI:

It looks like a powerful and successful month of May for the Geminians of the world.
The Queen of Pentacles represents being in a wonderful position in terms of your income and home comforts. This card indicates being able to address all the needs of you and your loved ones – your ability to control your finances, and, more importantly, how to increase your income is made clear by this card. This Queen does not take money for granted and will certainly not spend on people who don’t deserve it. She’ll protect her own and is generous, but she won’t throw money at any old thing. Perhaps she is reminding you to keep aware of how to use your money, and to maximise its potential rather than taking your eye off the ball – there may well be something that is ready for your attention which has possibilities.
You might find that a young person around you needs your help and can bring something of their own to your table. The Page of Wands could also indicate that a project, though still in its infancy, is starting to take off. His message would be to listen to people who have good advice to offer about their own experience – and it would be useful for you to know. He would also advise you to take things slowly – don’t rush, or be rash.
The King of Wands has appeared to show you that you have, and will continue, to master new skills with regard to any ventures or undertakings. He would also remind you that your drive, effort and passion will take you far. He also is likely to be indicating the above mentioned project is worth working on and he has no doubt you can grow this into something amazing – that is what he would do.
This is endorsed by the card The World, which indicates that all your hard work looks set to pay off in every respect. You have learned and mastered the skills you need to be a success in life and you might be about to learn what that means. With continued effort and application to your work/projects you should start to reap the rewards for all your effort you have put in and bring your project to a successful completion.
CANCER:

It looks as though there will be some major changes for you in the coming month. Three Major Arcana cards indicates happenings that will have a significant impact on your life going forward.
In conjunction with the other cards the Death card could represent the end of a recent way/phase of life, with the prospect of new developments and openings as a result. The Ten of Swords also indicates a phase or cycle coming to an end – it might have been painful and, in some respects, it could well be a relief now that it is over – whatever it might be.
The important thing now is to look at the new opportunities that will appear now that the way is cleared.
Firstly, Temperance calls for balance. It is important to stop, from time to time, especially at the end of a phase, to closely examine the path that you followed – you will see where it took you, what you achieved and what you have learned along the way. You will see how far you have come and perhaps understand that going forward you might need to do things a little differently. This would also be a good time to pat yourself on the back and tell yourself how well you have done to have come this far a little wiser and a little more experienced. You are here, you are still thriving and striving -and perhaps it is time to get serious about you want out of life now.
However, you might make plans and have specific intentions on where you want to go right now, but The Wheel of Fortune card represents an unexpected change coming from ‘out of the blue’ – this could be a total surprise to you – hopefully pleasant – and you should be ready to take on this whole new adventure with passion and drive. Whatever it might be The Wheel is about to give you the chance to do something very new and very exciting – but it will be up to you to take this opportunity and give it your all, or you can let it pass you by without a thought, but that would be a shame.
LEO:

You may have had a hard time of it, personally, over the recent past and now it is ‘over’ perhaps you should take some time to recuperate and rest and get yourself together again. The Four of Swords advises that the importance of looking after yourself should not be understated and that in doing so you will be able and ready to move forward in a strongly positive way.
The Death card indicates that, in one aspect of your life, a phase might well come to an end. Whilst this can sometimes bring an element of pain – because of the loss of something familiar, or something you desired, like a job or a close relationship, always must cause a pang in some way – it does mean that the way is clear for new starts, and different opportunities. It will be up to you to be ready and willing to try these new paths and what’s more, you can make this new journey much better than the last one. Life is not a rehearsal, this is real, we need to get the most out of it each day and experience it in the best way we can.
The Knight of Swords, however, advises care in how you approach challenges this month; try not to rush into a situation without knowing your stuff! This Knight acts first and thinks later – often causing him embarrassment. Don’t be in a hurry to engage with, or succumb to a knee jerk reaction to, a challenge this month – take time to approach it logically and sensibly to achieve the best outcome for you.
The Eight of Swords could be indicating a separation of some sort from someone you care for – not necessarily in terms of romance – but it could be related to the way you react in a given situation – perhaps the one the Knight of Swords might represent. It could be that this card represents the possible outcome of your reaction to a challenge or conflict – and the Eight of Swords appearing could be giving you a heads-up on how you approach it. So, unlike the Knight of Swords, think of the ramifications of your actions and reactions first – know what the real issue is about – before jumping on your charger and careering into a conflict that could well be avoided.
VIRGO:

There comes a time when something we really want is just not ours to have. Whether this is a person, a job or a dream house we must accept we can’t have it, pick ourselves up and carry on. You might not believe it, yet, but more often than not something much more delightful is waiting for you to claim it – but you have to move onwards to get to where it is waiting for you. This is what the Eight of Swords wants you to know. Walk away from that which is not available to you and head towards what is truly the best thing for you.
The Knight of Cups could be indicating that a new romantic adventure is about to beckon and maybe this is what you need right now. It could just be a bit of fun but, hey, it could be the ‘One’ you’ve been looking for – you won’t know till you try.
You might find yourself a bit bored with the way you have approached life so far and find yourself looking for a new set of tenets to follow – at some point in our lives we start to question what we have been told is right and wrong, we start to have confidence in ourselves and want to get the most our of life. This can sometimes be unnerving for the people around us who are used to the way we are. But there aren’t any rules to stop us from searching for new ideas and concepts that might fit us better. The Ace of Swords represents a change of attitude and advises us to be careful about how we present ourselves with this new attitude – it can sometimes cause conflict with our loved ones. Be open and gentle with your communications, so that those around you can understand what’s happening and ‘get’ where you are coming from.
Overall, though, The World card stands above all this in a reading and suggests that May could well bring some amazing happiness and success. This is the most positive card in a tarot deck, and indicates that you have achieved a huge amount in recent times and that you should start reaping the rewards of all your hard work very soon. Look how far you’ve come – what you have already achieved – and, with The World card’s energy around you, believe in how much more you can have.
LIBRA:

Regardless of how you feel right now, The High Priestess indicates that a new destiny is unfolding in the background which will take you to new heights. You won’t be able to see, or understand, what this destiny is, as yet , because you aren’t meant to – the time is not right. Be patient, things are moving in the Universe to align everything to happen at the right time and in the right place for you. This is probably a time when you should allow your intuition to guide you since The High Priestess’s energy is around you and you can make use of it. Pay attention, particularly, to anything that grabs your attention, and research into it because this might be part of the pathway to your new destiny.
If you have thoughts that you are not ‘worthy’ of good things (The Devil card) and feel that you have too many things that are ‘wrong’ about you then you need to make some change your mindset. This card advises you that the thoughts, as well as habits, that hold you back are the only things holding you ‘prisoner’ – not The Devil. To set yourself free from doubts and lack of confidence about yourself, accept that you’ve made mistakes in the past – everyone makes mistakes, and everyone feels silly about something they’ve done, or are doing – forgive yourself, and recognise this doesn’t define you – you are still evolving. You can control how you approach life and life will respond ‘in kind’. Clear the decks, hold your head up and head off into your new life of adventure.
The Two of Cups suggests that a new relationship is likely to develop into something more tangible. Whether this is a romantic or platonic relationship, only you will know. In either case this card is a positive one which indicates that this new relationship, in whatever form, could well bring a lot to your table.
As your ability to provide everything you need to live comfortably increases, the Eight of Pentacles appears to, not only pat you on the back for the great things you have achieved, but to give you a hint that things could be even better! There is a skill, or some knowledge which could really help you move into higher circles in terms of your earning capacity. It does not mean you have to undertake a huge college course, or attend University, but something to simply add to your skill-set that is currently relevant, learn about it and you will get noticed. Be alert to clues you are given or things that grab your interest – then brush up your knowledge on it and see where it takes you.
SCORPIO:

Big changes could happen for you in the coming month of May. The two Major Arcana cards in the reading are indicative of this.
Starting with the Two of Pentacles, though, this card suggests that there is a partnership on offer in terms of your work or business which could help in ways that would benefit you financially. Whether it is someone who can offer you financial help, or help out on a practical level to free you to work, or even someone who is ready to give you a promotion, only you will know. Grab this opportunity with both hands so that you can maximise its potential for your financial future.
As always, there may be some sort of issue or conflict which you could easily get involved in. The Five of Swords advises that, yes, you can expend plenty of time and energy on this issue, if you feel you must, but it also says there are times when it is better to walk away. You don’t have to win every battle to win the war; so think about whether it worth engaging with this issue and consider whether your energy and passion could be used for something much more worthy of fighting for.
Sometimes, something completely ‘out of the blue’ can happen which we find astonishing and which will, hopefully, change things for the better. This is what The Wheel of Fortune card represents – when the Wheel turns it is time for change and life will take you somewhere new. When this happens it will be down to you to make the most of any opportunities that come your way, be alert and research ideas or concepts that come to mind, because this is where the Wheel has taken you – if you just hang on to it for dear life, close your eyes and hope for the best, it can drop you wherever it wants to – which might not be where you want to be. So, yes, you can have some control when the Wheel turns – keep your eyes peeled and get ready to act.
The Magician card endorses this – a new path is likely to open up before you. The Magician does not tell you where it will lead, or what you will encounter along the way. But The Magician does tell you this – you have the power and the right energies around you to make this new journey an amazing one. He tells you that you have all the skills you need to do this perfectly, and that you can achieve great things – his special message is this, though, he believes in you more than you believe in yourself.
Trust your own magic – he does.
SAGITTARIUS:

It looks as though May could very well be a ‘people’ month for you. Whether that is the physical demands of those around you, or the support that is available to you from them, only you will know. Alternatively these cards could represent you on a personal level.
The King of Swords indicates that in terms of your mental alacrity and approach to life you are masterful. However, whilst this is an amazing quality to have it is important to remember to not bury your emotions too deeply – this is one of the flaws of this King. He can be correct and knowledgeable in many things but can be harsh and abrupt in his delivery. He can also miss out on the delights of love and romance too, so perhaps he is advising you to allow some of your emotions to get involved.
The Sun indicates that everything should be happy and joyful this month and the energy of this card, around you, should help you achieve success in every project you undertake. When this happens it is important to be grateful for the wonderful things, and people, in your life and give thanks. It will also be a good time to try anything that you have developed an interest in – The Sun is shining its nurturing energy on you – helping things to blossom and bloom – so make use of it in a practical way.
The Hierophant indicates that you might find a Mentor helpful. You could be looking for some advice, or perhaps looking for a new belief system to help you make sense of life. Whichever it is, and whoever you turn to, make sure you don’t take everything you see or hear as the absolute truth and follow them/it blindly. Do your own research to find what is real and, more importantly, remember you can just take on the bits that suit you at the moment, and discard what you feel doesn’t fit – the King of Swords would know how to sift through this information and only take what would benefit him.
The Queen of Cups wants you know how lovable you are without even trying. However, she would also like you to pay attention to your own needs for a while, and pamper yourself – she may even be telling your to take in, or bathe in, water to help re-energise you. Sometimes we lose sight of the beauty within us and forget to recognise just how worthy of respect we are – she wants you to accept your beauty of heart, and soul, and allow yourself to emerge as the goddess you are – and to be proud of it!
CAPRICORN:

The Six of Wands indicates that this coming month you will receive some validation about the success of a project you have been working on. This will boost your confidence and re-set your motivation and drive. Keep working at it because things are building nicely in terms of this endeavour.
The King of Swords has appeared to advise you that the best approach to tackling problems, and issues, will be through using knowledge, and logic. However, this card also advises that although this King is clever and knowledgeable (as well as experienced) he can also be somewhat harsh and emotionless in his communications – this can sometimes undo some of the progress he makes. A good balance between logic and emotions could take you much further.
You might find you have something to celebrate in May – this could be regarding some news about family, or close friends, (Three of Cups). Often it is an engagement, marriage, conception or birth of a baby which would bring much joy to many people. Whilst it is likely the news will come from someone else, it is possible that it could refer to you personally. Either way it will be a joyous thing.
Going forward, the Knight of Pentacles has emerged to give you some advice in advance. This Knight is the most successful and trustworthy of all the tarot Knights. He performs his duties with acute attention to detail and is always successful, despite the criticisms of him being ‘boring’ because of his dedication to the tasks he is given. His message would be to give your absolute attention to any projects you are working on at the moment – don’t leave anything to chance, dot all the i(s) and cross all the t(s) if you want to be successful and get noticed.
AQUARIUS:

The Queen of Wands has appeared to let you know that you have the capacity to turn your hand to anything and do it well. Her message is that the more you try, the more you add to skill base and experience; in addition what you learn, and the skills you achieve, won’t ever go away – you will always have them. So, if there is anyone asking you to do something for them, or you are wondering whether you could ever (name your desire) – give it a go because the chances are the answer is YES you can!
This month the Ace of Swords suggests that, yet again, your perception of life, and your approach to it, is changing. You are looking at new territory and new ways to handle everything that comes your way. Every time you are willing to consider new concepts, ideas or ways of doing things, you are enabling new opportunities for yourself. In addition, this card suggests that your communication skills are being honed to a cutting edge and will be part of your excellent armoury.
The Ten of Cups is not only a card which indicates excellent family relationships and happiness, but good fortune and positivity in other ways too. It would seem though, especially, from this card, that your relationships are enduring, and enjoyable, and seem set to be so going forward – which is something to celebrate. In addition, with this card in the reading, it suggests that luck is on your side right now, and you should use it to the max in any way that you can. The Ten of Cups is one of the key positive cards in a tarot deck and that says it all.
Life is always going to bring its issues and conflicts, however. If a problem crops up for you the Two of Swords advises you to tackle it sooner rather than later. Be open, and honest, so that it can be sorted out well before it grows into something you feel you can’t handle. Chances are it will be a storm in teacup. Don’t let it become more than that – this is what is in your control.
PISCES:

The first three cards in this reading would indicate that there are younger people around you that call on your time a lot, or that some people around you have a less than mature attitude, and this might take its toll on you. If this is not the case then these cards might be referring to you personally and could help you find the right approach during the coming month.
Firstly, the Page of Swords represents miscommunication through a lack of knowledge or experience, regarding a particular situation/subject. So, the message here is to be clear in your understanding of what other people are trying to tell you and/or for you to be clear in what you are trying to say to them. This will save a lot of confusion down the line.
Secondly, the Page of Wands tends to want to rush ahead with ideas or projects without really getting to grips with what he needs to know first. The message in this card could be that a young person around you may need your advice (clear and concisely given by you), or you may need to listen to some advice, around a project or undertaking, whether you want to hear it or not. You’ll find, either way, that the advice will be relevant at some point in the future.
The Knight of Swords is also about the downsides of being hasty. This Knight will charge into battle without even knowing what the conflict is about. He is an act-first think-later kind of person and can find himself embarrassed by his own behaviour. The message in this card is clear – make sure you know what any conflict is truly about, and whether it is worth investing your energy, before you engage in it. You don’t have to fight every battle to win the war. Consider whether the fallout is going to be worth it.
However, in other news, the Ace of Pentacles is a card which heralds an opportunity which has the capacity to help you on a financial level. This could be a new job, a hobby which could turn business, a promotion or some sort of connection that will help with your finances in one way or another. It will be down to you to make the most of this and apply yourself to this new chance. We can often let good opportunities pass us by through lethargy – if you want to improve your financial situation you’ll need to be alert to any suggestions/ideas that come your way and put some effort and research into it before it can even begin to get anywhere.
END OF TAROTSCOPES
by P House
Hello to you and Hello to April!! It’s Tarotscopes time again.
I hope that you enjoy reading them – that’s what they are here for – and, more importantly, that they help you during the month. I hope they do.
I am looking forward to the coming month and the prospect of some lovely warm weather and beautiful flowers – it is my favourite time of year and I reckon it’s what we all need right now.
So here’s to a fresh month and perhaps a fresh start. Stay safe.
Patricia
ARIES:

Looking at these cards altogether it would seem there will be quite a lot of action this coming month. This is because the ‘action’ cards are dead centre of the reading. Some of it will come from you (Knight of Wands) because you are ready to ride off on a new venture and some of it will come from outside sources (The Tower), in that circumstances around you will contribute to your decisions to move forward and upward.
In terms of the action with regard to you and your needs, it would seem that you might feel ready to make some choices about your love life, or your relationships in general (Five of Cups). It might be that you feel somewhat stifled at the moment and yearn to get out and about – meet new people and do new things – and if you are not currently in a romantic relationship perhaps you feel ready to set off on your charger to try and find ‘the one’ (King of Cups). However, you might just be feeling the need to spring clean, and spruce up, your life in general.
With regard to outside influences, The Tower could be suggesting that an unexpected occurrence might galvanise you to make some long overdue changes to the way things are. You may have known for a while that there needs to be some changes, but have not had the opportunity, or the motivation, to get things going. The Tower is likely to bring a chance to start from scratch and build your new tower (your life) to much better specifications and so that it has the endurance to stand through any storm, trial or tribulation because you can make it the strongest ever! Things you have learned from past experiences will come in useful in designing, and maintaining, a new way of living and you won’t make the same mistakes in the future.

Your extra card is The Lovers!

This card is likely to have appeared to celebrate the love in you. Whether it is for people, work or life you have so much love to give and it is appreciated by everyone around you. The love you contribute to the world is very significant and worthy of recognition. When conflicts and difficulties arise, you are the person that people will turn to, to talk it out and make it right; and so this card is returning that love, to you, through its message! Enjoy your special birthday month and embrace the love that people have for you for a change – you deserve it. This card could also represent a new love entering your life! Whatever happens – keep the love flowing both ways. Happy Birthday!
TAURUS:

You might be starting the coming month a little bit despondent and feeling like your life is not getting anywhere – you could be bored with the repetitive tasks that you undertake each day and yearn for more exciting and better times (The Star). Well, The Sun card indicates that at some point during the month things will start to come together for you. You are likely to feel happy and grateful for everything you have in your life and, because the Sun has a powerful nurturing aspect, everything you touch could be blessed with success. This would mean that your outlook on life could be infinitely better than how it seemed at the start of the month, so keep hope in your heart and your eyes on the bright Star showing you the way – be patient things will come soon.
It is likely that other people might bring a little sharpness into your life as the Seven and the Knight of Swords indicate that there will be influences who could bring some conflict to your door – however, it is hardly likely to even scrape the surface of the well-being you will hopefully be receiving from the energy of the Sun. In other words you will be able to take everything in your stride in April.
All you will need to do is to keep focused on your life, make sure you know where you want to go and how to get there. Allow others to make conflict their way of life but don’t allow yourself to slip into their aggravated lifestyle – life is too short and it is not a rehearsal, this is the real thing. It doesn’t matter what they say, or how much they want you to get involved with their issues – you have the right to stay happy and contented and say no to conflict.
Enjoy some well deserved nurturing, warmth, happiness and luck from the lovely Sun energy, and take this opportunity to try out anything that grabs your interest in April because it is lucky when The Sun is shining on you.
GEMINI:

These cards seem to be indicating very good vibes for you this coming month. There is a lot of ‘growth’ in these cards and gaining mastery over certain skills, new doors opening in terms of projects, and current undertakings are likely to show some real signs of success!
Your approach to the work you do is measured, confident and trustworthy (The Empress), and this is becoming part of your nature and is now how you are seen by other people. The way you deal with issues at hand instil reassurance and confidence to those who work/live with you – they trust you. You could also be entering a phase of new ideas and opportunities as represented by the Ace of Pentacles which suggests there is an energy around a new business, or work opportunity. Tackle this new opportunity with the same approach as The Empress and watch it grow into something with a lot of potential.
In terms of current projects you are likely to see real signs of success (Six of Wands) and this will be pleasing validation of the efforts, work, passion and drive you’ve put into any venture you have been working on. The King of Wands indicates that you have mastered the many skills needed to bring projects to life and, what is more, he is here to remind you that there is no reason to stop now – there is plenty more do and there is nothing to stop you from making everything you touch into a masterpiece!
CANCER:

The two Cups cards in the centre of this reading could be indicating a impression of being ‘lost’ in a relationship and not being sure how to go forward with any romantic ones this coming month (Four and Five of Cups). They seem to ‘oooze’ the feeling of boredom and frustration with all that’s happening with you in terms of relationships – and see how stark these cards are next to the two vibrant Major Arcana cards flanking them. They suggest you may have to seriously consider whether this romance is going to bring anything ‘vibrant’ into your life or whether continue to wallow in a no-man’s land.
The two cards either side tell a very different story and are full of life colour and vivacity – and demonstrate the possibilities and wonderful energies that are on offer to you if you are ready to take a look.
Judgement is a card which represents your behaviours and actions over recent times. It represents what people see in you and what they think of you – it is a card full of consideration about your affect on people, and self analysis, which can help you understand what you get right (and wrong) and what you can bring to people – and yet the Cups card could be manifesting how little return you get from others despite all the efforts you make. Perhaps it is time to reconsider your relationships and bend your mind, and efforts, to people who will bring much more fun to you.
The World card indicates that there is so much of life to be had and it is ready and waiting for you but……….you may have to leave some things behind to free you up to enjoy a rich, and much more rewarding World that has so much to offer you.
Which two cards are you more drawn to? The drab lifeless relationship cards or the vibrant Major Arcana cards? Perhaps you can see how life/people can hold you back from the wonders of The World simply by looking at these four cards. But, as ever, the choice is yours.
LEO:

There is a lot of nature in the cards in this reading – and all of them outdoors. It would seem that being outside and getting the sun shining on you is exactly what you need right now.
The Sun indicates that you have much to be happy about and that April will be a good month for getting things done. It is a card of nurturing, success and gratitude for all the good things in your life, so make sure you don’t take anything for granted.
Whilst The Hanged Man and the Six of Swords indicate an hiatus in certain areas of your life – and there is nothing much you can do about this at the moment – this shouldn’t really overshadow the evident happiness you have around you and perhaps these cards are suggesting you just submit to enjoying your family and relationship (The Sun and the Nine of Cups) for now, whilst the Universal Energies work to resolve outstanding issues.
These cards are likely to be calling you to prioritise what is most important to your own happiness – the nurturing of family and relationships around you over and above anything else. Even though there may be plenty of work and life issues around you, the cards seem to want you to know that focusing on your family is what should be paramount right now.
The Hanged Man and the Six of Swords are both cards which represent staying calm and serene despite difficulties in your life – and that the less you push against the obstacles and hurdles, the easier it will be in the long run. And the next best thing, for you right now, is to turn your attention to the things that need your attention most – your relationships.
VIRGO:

These cards indicate a busy but positive month ahead. There is a lot of movement depicted in the cards from interaction with regard to relationships (Queen of Cups), being pushed and pulled in different directions – either at work or at home – as demonstrated by The Chariot, maintaining your home and income source as per the Nine of Pentacles, to decision making in terms of the projects you have undertaken – the Seven of Wands. These cards pretty much cover the scope of all aspects of life. However the cards seem to demonstrate that you have a natural ability to make everything work no matter how hectic things become, and your success is clearly shown in the Nine of Pentacles and the Queen of Cups.
But what is the message for April?
A bit of direction is needed, and the choices you make will help you achieve significant headway in your journey. You might need to decide in which direction you want to go – want you want to achieve, and by when. Once you have this plan mapped out, don’t allow other people, or events, divert you from this path and you will soon see that you are no longer going round in Circles.
You don’t need to worry about other things in your life suffering from this approach – in fact quite the opposite will happen – you will be surprised just how productive you will be, and the spare time you will have, once your plan is in place; this is because having control over your life will stop you ricocheting from one task to another, and dealing with crisis after crisis which would normally leave you too tired to manage the next task. You can say no to certain people and certain tasks that you know in your heart of hearts you just can’t realistically take on – this is what taking control of your life is about, and it is ok do to so.
LIBRA:

These four cards show an energy which is a bit dispiriting for the coming month. Perhaps it will be one of those months where everything seems to be hard work and you will be looked to for any decision-making that needs to be done. The Eight of Swords, the Five of Cups and Five of Wands represent these areas, and the cards also indicate that the issues are mostly mundane everyday tasks that need to be tackled and not major incidents.
There are always minor issues, in terms of relationships, work and projects, but it is dealing with these everyday issues that keep everything hanging together – like individual threads that hold a tapestry together. Sometimes it can get boring and may even leave you feeling like you can’t be bothered with it all anymore. You might feel like ignoring everything and heading off on some adventure and even then all that you can see are hurdles and obstacles blocking your progress (Five of Wands). Sometimes, in life, there are things we can’t influence at all, and we are subjected to the humdrum ways of getting through each day. Then there are times when Fate and Fortune decide to make a move – this is when The Wheel of Fortune starts to turn.
The Wheel of Fortune is an exciting card, though, because as it turns it sweeps us up and round with it, and offers us opportunities as it does so. It is at this time we should be alert to ideas and suggestions, job offers or promotions, anything that that grabs your interest, because The Wheel has taken us to a place of new energies and possibilities. When this happens pay attention and do something about it, because if you just hang on to The Wheel as it turns without doing so, it will land you where it will – whether you like it or not. So, if you have been in the doldrums or stuck in a rut then The Wheel can pull you right out of it and take you to fantastic new heights. So hold tight and be ready to jump off at the right place!
SCORPIO:

These cards give me an overriding sense of levelling out for the month ahead. They seem to indicate you at being at quite a significant milestone in terms of relationships, work and life-skills – this comes from the cards the Eight of Cups, Nine of Pentacles and the Eight of Swords. It looks, however, that it is your work/source of income which is developing the most, right now, and this is good. So much so, that, even as things are already going well, there may be a new opportunity about to emerge that also has lots of potential – the two cards representing this are the Nine and Ace of Pentacles. See how both these cards, in terms of colour and detail draw the eye – and also see how they both sit smack bang centre of the reading – clearly this is where your current priorities lie and, yes, it is paying off.
The two cards flanking them, however, are quite stark in contrast, which could suggest that in other aspects of your life things might well have come to a standstill – since the numbers are lower. The Eight of Cups represents your relationships and the Eight of Swords your everyday approach to life and the issues in it – perhaps, in both aspects, things are stagnating somewhat.
Whilst it is always wonderful to have money in your pocket and the ‘means’ to be comfortable enough to afford the finer things in life, you should ask yourself ‘is it important for me to have someone to enjoy it with?’ Because if if the answer is yes then these cards suggest that your relationships need some nurturing from you.
The Eight of Cups and the Eight of Swords are both cards which should make you think carefully about where to go from here – there is time to make things right but it could be getting close to difficult. It’s your choice, of course, but do make sure you are working on anything that is important to you as well focusing on the money – because your future will reflect your choices and let’s hope you make the right ones.
SAGITTARIUS:

Well, from these cards, it looks as if April could be the month in which your life takes a different turn, and, what’s more, there is plenty of adventure waiting for you!
Both The Fool card and the Ace of Wands are indicators of new starts – The Fool being a pretty significant one too! This is very exciting because, this time, you can make this new phase much more about you. The two Queens endorse this as they have appeared to represent you in this reading.
You may not have made a conscious decision to make new starts right now – but this is what life does to us. Just as we are getting settled in our rut something happens to galvanise us into action – whether we like it or not. The Fool is the herald of a change in your destiny, and the journey is about to begin. Keep alert for pitfalls and don’t make the same mistakes you did last time. Success is yours for the taking if you just keep focused and determined on what you want to achieve. There is plenty of energy around to help you too, as represented by the Ace of Wands – whatever this new opportunity is you have the ability to tackle it with aplomb and zeal – so get going!
The Queen of Cups is telling you to let your hair down, relax and be who, and what, you are – it is your time. The Queen of Swords congratulates your acumen and critical thinking skills and knows that, whilst you want to be careful with your heart, it is not always a good thing to hide your emotions totally – sometimes people do not know the pain you feel and then can’t help you.
But the real you is about to emerge for all to see! Give them something amazing to watch! You’ve got it all – allure, sensuality and you’re shrewd and acute – don’t let it go to waste. Embrace your new adventure with all you’ve got!
CAPRICORN:

Relationships are key in the coming month of April. In some respects they are going very well – or specific ones are (Nine of Cups) – whereas others, not so much (Seven of Cups). Of course, the Cups cards can represent platonic relationships as well as romantic ones and you will know which of these cards apply to which of the relationships.
What is important, though, is your approach/attitude to these relationships, since The Emperor has appeared in this reading. Whilst The Emperor can the best ally to have on side, he can also be the fiercest foe. This card may be representing you in this reading, and it’s possible you could be considered one or other of the two sides of The Emperor by someone. On the other hand The Emperor could be representing an authoritative figure in your life who has a significant influence on you – and who might be part of the relationship ‘issues’ and you might find their approach difficult to understand or handle.
The Seven of Swords is a card which highlights some manipulation or untruth – you may have to analyse the motives behind this behaviour, whether it is someone else or you, yourself, because it is not justifiable or fair and needs to be checked.
It would seem that The Emperor and the Seven of Swords could have some impact on your relationships and this needs looking at carefully – but again, remember that your approach to this situation will be key in terms of whether The Emperor represents you, and if you wish to keep your relationships intact then you need to be careful since you might not be aware just how powerful your influence might be.
AQUARIUS:

You are going to need to be very smart this coming month. Your acumen and communication skills are going to be key to success. There is no doubt you can handle this well since you are represented by the Queen of Swords – she is always alert and ready for action, and perhaps she has the maturity, too, to know which issues to confront, and which can be ignored for a while at least (Five of Swords), and this is what she wants you to know.
Despite this reading being top-heavy with Swords the suit of clarity, conflict and communication, which will keep you on your mental toes, the Nine of Cups indicates an excellent time in terms of relationships and happiness in general. The Four of Swords is also a card which indicates a time for healing and recuperation after a difficult time and so the last two cards in the reading indicates that certain outcomes will be a relief, and give you time to enjoy yourself, relax and recover somewhat.
These cards seem to indicate that there may still be issues to sort out, and only you can do it well, but ultimately, in the same month good things will come your way and this should help to keep you going.
The Nine of Cups is a good enough card to relieve any worry or stress around the Swords cards since it is a card of happiness, endurance and love. Even though it seems you will still be required to apply your critical thinking skills there are happier times ahead and the chance to give yourself some much needed time to recuperate.
PISCES:

There can be no denying that these cards indicate a wonderful and exciting month ahead for you with lots of life changing energies around you. You can make the most of them, or let them pass you by, but these cards are pretty amazing ones to get for the month ahead.
Relationships will be centre and foremost in April in the best possible way. The Ten of Cups is a happy and lucky card in many respects – not just in terms of relationships but in general – and indicates a celebratory time of happiness all round. In addition, it would seem, that a new relationship is likely to blossom if you give it a chance. This could well be a romantic relationship, if that is what you are looking for, but even if it is not this relationship will bring a lot to your table and enhance your life in some way.
New opportunities may also be coming your way (Ace of Pentacles) with an offer that could either make money or make your money work better for you, and this too will be fun and exciting. All in all these cards indicate new starts after completed cycles (represented by the Ten of Cups and The Tower). It could very well be that things will change so significantly for you that your life might well be unrecognisable to what it was by the end of the month.
If you feel you have been stuck in a rut for a while this will be great news. If you are already enjoying life and love then look for even more exciting times – get out and about and enjoy them!!

Patricia (Tarot Reader and Artist of The Tarot House Deck)
ARIES:

We start with The Hanged Man, for March, which suggests that you could find that a situation, which you would like to get sorted, is one that no pushing-or-pulling-at is going to help……in fact it could make things worse. Whether it is trying to find a solution to a problem, or waiting on an important decision, the best thing to do is to submit to patience. You may feel frustrated about this, however, if you understand that interfering with it will not only be fruitless but also that it could rebound on you, then you will makes things easier on yourself. The situation, which will be resolved when the time is right to yield the best outcome for you, needs to develop away from you.
At the same time a new road beckons. It might not be clear where this road might take you. However, it is an exciting time when The Magician appears because he heralds change, movement and progress. Be aware that your journey will take a different direction, and that you could encounter new aspects of life that you’ve not handled before but the main message of this card is to be confident. The Magician is letting you know that wherever you are heading and whatever you encounter, you have all the skills you need to get through this new journey successfully.
The Page of Cups could be suggesting you take some time for reflection with regards to your feelings around love and relationships. You may feel there is nothing new for you to learn. But whether you are in a relationship already, or looking for a new one, this card might be indicating there is an issue which causes you enough pain to stop you from fully engaging with love. If there is any lingering pain from previous or current relationships then perhaps it is time to face it, embrace it, so you can let it go. From there you will feel more confident in yourself and your romances can blossom as they should.
The Nine of Pentacles indicates that in March, at least, you should be in a very good position in terms of your finances, and/or the standard of comfort and security in your material situation (your home life) is certainly good enough to make you very happy. This should be a time, if things have not been very stable recently, to consolidate and to use this excellent position to get established for the future so you won’t find yourself struggling again.
TAURUS:

Financially you might find yourself the happy recipient of a gift, or a loan, which will go a long way to help sorting you out for the future. Not only will this restore your faith in humankind but give you a rare opportunity to sort out your financial situation for the future. The onus will be on you to lay some good foundations with this opportunity, because it is always possible to fritter it away – though hopefully you will be wise enough not to do so.
In addition, or possibly the result of, this gift, it is likely that some hurdles or obstacles are now removed from your path with regard to your work, business or any projects you are currently engaged in (Eight of Wands). This is really good news too, and as you are free to get going again, you could find that there is plenty of work to do now that you are on the move. No matter how busy you get, the productivity of this period will motivate you to keep at it. This creative energy won’t be around for ever – so it is up to you to maximise its potential.
In terms of relationships, it is possible that you could find yourself feeling some regret that a past relationship is over (Six of Cups). You may even be considering whether it could ever be revived. It is worth remembering that the pain which caused you to split is likely to feel less than it did at the time. The only way this relationship could ever work is if both of you have grown, and learned from the mistakes that were made, and be willing to fix them – if not, then it is unlikely you could make a go of it. Allow yourself to remember the reality of what went wrong by taking off the rose-tinted spectacles which can disguise the truth. Nostalgia can be misleading.
The Ten of Swords could be endorsing this. This is a card which indicates that when something is over it really is over. But instead of reflecting on the what ifs and whys, this card’s message is for you to keep moving forward to a new way of life, a new phase which could be oh so much better for you! So, perhaps it is time to say the past is done, bring on the future and some new adventures – you’re ready for the good times to roll!
GEMINI:

The Page of Swords tends to represent some sort of miscommunication or misunderstanding – generally as a result of a new attitude or approach to life. People may not be able to understand where you are coming from, or why you are acting in the way you now are. Your words could be taken out of context and create an unnecessary conflict. You are just trying out new approaches, and by knowing your subject thoroughly, and being aware of how you are vocalising it, you will minimise the risk of conflict and help people have a better understanding of your current aims, goals and needs.
The Nine of Cups indicates that, in terms of relationships, things are going well. You may have endured a lot to get to this stage but your constant loving efforts and attitudes to those around you have brought about stability, security and contentment in all your important relationships. This is quite an achievement and so now is the time to totally enjoy your family and bask in their love for you.
Every now and then Destiny needs to bring something to you out of the blue – because it is time. This is when the Wheel of Fortune turns and takes you with it. As it turns it can bring fantastic opportunities but it is up to you to be aware of them and grasp them. Sometimes if you just allow The Wheel to take you where it will, it could stop at a place you don’t want to be, so be alert to what grabs your interest or crosses your path – this will be your chance.
You may also find yourself searching for something to help you make sense of the world. Often The Hierophant represents a need for some sort of religious or spiritual belief, or even some moral standards or tenets, to live your life by. When The Hierophant appears his message is that there may be someone around you who can help with their advice, or you might need to go and find someone. However, this card also advises you to not just believe the first thing you see, or hear, and follow it blindly. You should educate yourself in the truth of what you seek, and whether it is truly what it seems and whether it is right for you.
CANCER:

The first two cards in this reading are the Knight of Cups and the Queen of Cups which are likely to be referring to a particular relationship in your life. The Knight of Cups is an idealist who tends to be ‘in love’ with love itself. Often he finds the reality a bit boring and might ride off into the sunset looking for the elusive but perfect love. The Queen of Cups is someone who is confident and attracts love and admirers with ease, she is approachable attractive and loveable – and yet she can use these attributes in quite a ruthless way when she wants something badly. So what are these cards saying? Perhaps any love interests may be more superficial than they appear. Perhaps it is time to be honest with yourself as to whether this relationship has the depth it needs to endure, or whether it will blow away in the slightest breeze. Life is too short to cling to something which does not have the strength to endure through the storms. This would be like using tissue paper to keep from getting wet in a downpour. Perhaps these cards are asking you to decide whether this person really is the right one for you.
And then we get to the King of Swords. This King is the total opposite of the Cups cards, as this man keeps all of his emotions under wraps and away from his day to day existence. In fact sometimes he can be so blunt and straightforward with his advice he can hurt peoples’ feelings. However, the advice from this card is to find a balance between head and heart – to be realistic about life, and love, and to work out what your true priorities are for you. However, this card could also represent someone in your life who is the total opposite of your current love interest, but who may be worth considering for the future.
On the other hand all these cards together could, in fact, be indicating that you feel stuck in the middle of a lot of people with differing attitudes towards you, or needing different things from you. In which case, you might need to try and find a middle ground as to how you deal with them all. Again, we come back to balance – you can’t be all things, to all people, all of the time. You can only show that you do care, but at the same time be aware that you need to protect yourself, and your own feelings too. So in March, keep some of your emotions close to your heart and your head in reality. Use your common sense to see, as clearly as you can, exactly which people bring value to your table and which don’t. Give your love and attention to those you trust, and do not get taken for granted.
The Devil card indicates that to some extent you feel trapped. The message of this card is that you are only trapped by what you feel you should or shouldn’t do. Your mindset could be making feel that you are not worthy of anything better – but actually you are – and it’s up to you to free yourself and find something/someone worthy of you.
LEO:

The Eight of Swords represents a decision that needs to be made, or a situation that needs resolving, but one that you might well be ignoring or avoiding. The message from this card is that the issue will not go away and furthermore, the difficult situation has come about partly because of your own actions – therefore it is likely that you are the only one who can make it right. Sometimes addressing difficult situations can be much easier than you expect them to be, so be brave because you will feel so much better when it is sorted out. This situation is likely to be to referring to someone you might be physically separated from at the moment.
The Six of Wands indicates that a particular project or job at hand is going well – thanks to your hard work. This could be referring to something which a lot of people may have expressed doubts about it being achievable, but now it is doing so well that even your critics have to agree it really is a goer, so congratulations.
The Wheel of Fortune is about to turn. This means a big change or difference to some aspect of your life. So, if things have not been going well for you then you could find yourself on a very different and wonderful trajectory. Often the changes come from a very unexpected source, and at a very unexpected time. As always, the Universe know when the time is right for you despite the upheaval it might bring, but the important message from this card is that new opportunities will be up for grabs so be ready and willing to take them.
The Lovers card is quite a significant card in that it can represents a choice/decision in terms of a relationship. It can be relevant for a possible new relationship and whether you want to pursue it or not – or it could represent a decision with regard to any current one you are in. It is important to remember that the dynamics of emotion and love are powerful enough to cause a lot of damage if not handled correctly. So what ever decision you have to make, ensure that you have considered the feelings of everyone concerned and are gentle in your approach.
VIRGO:

In terms of relationships you might find yourself in a rather negative mindset. You might feel that you are bored and even not motivated to make any effort at all and this could cause you some concern. This can happen, at times, in any relationship. However, the advice from the Four of Cups tarot card is that if you start looking at the good aspects of the relationship, rather than focusing on the negatives, you will probably find the trend changing to a positive one pretty soon.
The Four of Swords is a card which refers to the quiet time after some sort of trauma. This is when you should be taking some time to look after yourself and to start the healing process. You need to recuperate and the way you can do this is by acknowledging the difficult time you’ve had and making positive changes for your own well-being in whichever way you can. Allow yourself rest and nurture, relax and release energies through meditation, or even give yourself just a few little treats, which you know you need, to help kickstart your recovery. Recognise the hurt, embrace it (learn what you can from it) and let it go. Get yourself ready for the new phase of your life which is about to come.
You may also find there are some feelings of anger or hurt – or even the need to be recognised, or acknowledged, for what you have gone through. These energies are likely to need an outlet. The Strength card asks you to channel that energy in ways that will not hurt anyone – or rebound on you – so the message of this card is to work with your anger, hurt or pride and convert those feelings to positive actions to dispel their destructive power. For instance, for the emotions anger and hurt, you can use that energy/adrenaline by helping someone else, or you could visualise it healing your body, mind and soul – this changes the dynamic of the energy and creates something positive from it.
Temperance suggests that the one thing that will bring harmony to your life is love – you can rationalise things to the moon and back, and yet the thing you need most (from yourself) right now is love. You may have had to use all your intellectual capacity to cope with what life has thrown at you to get you through. This card now advises you to stop – take a look back and see how far you have come, acknowledge what you have been through and how strong you are to have survived it and, also, to recognise what an achievement that is! Now it is time for you to pour some balm into your soul because that is what it needs.
LIBRA:

The Two of Pentacles is a card which indicates there could be an offer of help – either financially, or in terms of a partnership, which could be the foundation on which to build yourself a much more stable, and secure, future. Offers of help are rare and should be utilised every time. So whether this is someone who is prepared to help you deal with some physical chores, shares their intellectual expertise, or even puts their hands in their pockets then make the most of it. This could really help you in the long term.
In terms of relationships the Ten of Cups is the best card in a tarot deck and suggests that the coming month will bring a lovely celebratory time with friends and family that you love. In addition, this card is often looked at as a ‘lucky’, or positive, card in terms of any situation, so it would seem that this coming month might be a good time to tackle anything that you really want a successful outcome for.
The Fool card is one which represents new starts, or new journeys, in life. You are heading somewhere new and the prospect is exciting. With some experience behind you this card advises you to use that knowledge to recognise the pitfalls you might come across and avoid them – in other words to try to not make the same mistakes. He also advises to not get carried away with the excitement but to stay alert and make some good judgements along the way. So, whilst you can enjoy this new opportunity remember to keep your feet steady on your path and your eyes wide open – so that you can benefit from all the wonderful things it can bring.
The Devil card indicates that, whilst everything is set to go your way, your mindset is one thing that could hold you back if you let it. Life is strewn with challenges that force us to make choices and decisions – sometimes we make the wrong ones, sometimes we get stuck in a rut of our own making – and this affects our mindset. We can feel trapped by worry, and sometimes shame, at our choices and behaviours, and then feel that we are unworthy of good things because we don’t ‘deserve’ them. The Devil says you can free yourself from this mindset and these self-imposed punishments. You did what you did in the past because you thought was the right thing to do at the time and you can come away from anything that has any sort of hold on you. Forgive yourself for the choices you made or make – you don’t need to punish yourself for the rest of your life – you don’t actually deserve that! If you have learned from it all then that’s the point, but now it is time to move forward with your head held high and get the wonderful things you are more than entitled to.
SCORPIO:

The Four of Pentacles is about a fear of taking risks. In terms of your finances you might be faced with a decision or an opportunity which you feel could jeopardise your financial situation if all does not go well. It is good to be cautious with money, however it is also good to be open to new opportunities since a chance to really gain financially could be on offer. Try not to be tied down by fear to the extent that it stops you having something amazing.
You might also find that you are being pushed and pulled around by people, or events, around you and you might feel somewhat out of control of your own destiny. The Chariot card appears when it is time to make some decisions with regard to your life and what direction you want to go in. This card is about being determined to take your own path and to stop allowing other people, or other things, to divert you from where you want to go. Once you have decided what you want to do, you must stick to your decision doggedly – otherwise you will find yourself not getting anywhere at all – and you are entitled to have a goal and the chance to reach it.
Interestingly, The High Priestess has also appeared to indicate that your destiny is unfolding in the background. There is probably no indication of what this destiny might be just yet, but she appears to let you know that all will come about when the time is right. In the meantime your intuitive skills might be heightened and so look out for signs to see if anything grabs your interest and, if so, perhaps do some research into it – it is always good to be ahead of the game.
The Page of Swords could be indicating with some new aspects emerging from you as shown above, you could find that some people around you might not understand where this change is coming from or what, indeed, you are trying to achieve. This could cause some conflict since the old ‘reliable’ you might not be there anymore. Try to be patient with them and be clear about your intentions since your words could be taken out of context and create unnecessary tensions. In other words be aware of how you are vocalising your needs, and new ideas, since those around you might not understand where you are coming from.
SAGITTARIUS:

Both of the Pentacles cards in this reading could suggest that you are feeling a bit insecure regarding your financial situation or indeed your current home life. They could be indicating that you either feel they are under threat from some source, or that you feel you might have to make a decision about something which could throw your security into doubt.
The first Pentacle card is the Five which represents the fear of losing your financial ‘standing’, and the inherent message of the card is about feeling connected to the ‘value’ of your current position and what you stand to lose. The card next to it, which is Judgement, is about other peoples’ thoughts about your behaviours and actions, so this might be about ‘what would people think?’ if you had to change your job, or your lifestyle, or even the house you live in. The reality is, you can make yourself happy anywhere you live, and probably on less money than you have now. However, it could be possible that you feel ‘someone’ has the ability to take it all away from you before you are ready, but this is likely to just be the fear of it rather than the reality. The message of these card is to not to hold yourself to the standards of other people, but to be ready to work with whatever you have, whatever the situation. Once you know that you will be ok anywhere, this fear will no longer haunt you.
The second Pentacles card is the Seven which is about decisions around work and income which again might cause you concern. This time the card next to it is Justice. This suggests that your actions and behaviours in the past will contribute to any success (or failures) in terms of work and income and that, in fact, justice will be served. So, providing you have worked hard and continue to do so, any decisions you have to make with regard to work should turn out well for you, since your hard work and effort are likely to be rewarded.
Trust yourself to be able to survive financially given any circumstance – because it would seem, from these cards, that your attitude and innate skills are more than adequate to enable you to do so.
CAPRICORN:

It looks as though, in March, you may need to take some time to look after yourself. It may be that you have had a time which has stretched your endurance to the limit. This card is about healing after a traumatic time. So, it is important to look at the damage that this difficult time has caused, understand that it has now passed and to proactively start the process of recovery. There are different ways you can do this – from resting, indulging in a few little treats for yourself, relevant therapy or meditation, to simply giving yourself much much needed peace and quiet, attention and love.
The Star indicates that you could be feeling a little dispirited too and that you feel that your day to day activities are not getting you anywhere at all at the moment. It may feel this way, but in fact everything you do is part of a bigger machine doing an amazing job; and if you get a bit bored with the trivialities then you need to need to look at the bigger picture and how you fit into it. Everything is for a purpose, even the little things you do. So keep going, because what you contribute is important and soon you’ll see the fruits of your labour.
In terms of your finances, you may have to make a decision which you feel could have an affect on your security or stability. It would help to look back on your experiences to understand what things you really need and what you don’t – what you can live without, and what you really do need. Also, your current priorities might need revisiting to know what is important to you, and your dear ones, right now and how these might be affected by any decisions you make. At least this way you will know your decision was based on the best information you had rather than as a result of a knee jerk reaction.
The Knight of Pentacles has appeared to let you know that success in any task, or job, you undertake, will come through absolute attention to detail and full-on effort and application. In other words approaching any tasks in an haphazard way will not get you anywhere. This Knight goes to great lengths to attend to every last detail when he has a job to do – even to the point of being boring – however this is the key to his success and what he is admired for.
AQUARIUS:

The Ten of Pentacles is a card which indicates full stability and security in terms of income and your financial situation – and that whatever you have is now fully established and will endure for the foreseeable future. This is excellent news. Your effort and hard work should start paying off and you should reap the rewards of all your labour of the recent past, not just as a one off but as an ongoing situation with the potential to go further. This is a wonderful start to the month of March.
The Eight of Wands confirms this too, in that this card suggests that the obstacles and hurdles, which have been in your way till now, should now be removed – allowing you to surge forward with your work, project or business. This will probably means more hard work since, now that your creative juices are flowing, you could find yourself being very busy but hugely productive! So now you should feel tired but happy and proud, rather than tired and frustrated. Which is also great news.
Now is the time for you to have a clear objective with regard to the direction you want to take. Once you have decided on this you must keep a strong hold on the reins to make sure you get there. The Chariot card is about not allowing yourself to being pushed and pulled in different ways by other people, or events. It is about being in control of your own life, and about you making sure The Chariot of your life gets on the path you want to take. If you allow other things to divert you from this you will find that you don’t get anywhere at all.
The Ace of Wands suggests a lot of energy around a new project too, perhaps another business idea, venture or adventure. Something will emerge that you will find exciting and the message in this card is to make the most of this energy to get it grounded and stable enough to start building on it. This card is certainly a sign that there is more to come – just as a humble acorn can grow into a powerful oak tree, you too can bring ideas to life. You have already proven to yourself that you can do this, no matter how much work it takes, and that drive will stay with you as long as you wish it to do so and as long as the ideas keep coming.
PISCES:

Whilst it might be March and the ‘New Year’ has passed, everybody’s path is different. The cards in this reading appear to show you are nearing completion of a cycle now, rather than at the end of last year, when you probably expected it. And you are probably more than ready for it now.
The King of Wands indicates that your efforts and experiences have brought you to a high level of skill-acquisition and ability. This card is about being master of successfully completing any tasks, or projects, you undertake. In March you are likely to be asked to take on a new project, or to advise someone who is about to undertake their own and who could be looking for some advice. Either way, you are the right person for the job.
The Queen of Cups might be appearing to nudge you a little towards spending some time on your relationships, and possibly with regard to the effort you put in to yourself too. Whichever it is, now is the time to pay a little attention and to focus on letting the love flow. A little bit of love goes a long way, and might be all you need to feel rejuvenated. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, as the saying goes, which does demonstrate the need to embrace other aspects of life as well striving to succeed in work.
The Nine of Wands indicates that you might feel exhausted with all you have to do this coming month but whatever you are working on is about to come to fruition, so don’t give up now. Just make that last bit of effort to see you to the finishing line and you will feel amazing!!
Death is a card which makes most stomachs turn in fear of physical death, but it actually represents the end of an era. Whilst that might bring some element of pain – in that familiar ways or customs might disappear – the truth is that a new beginning is waiting round the corner. Death can never stop the sun from dawning, and a new day beginning, despite any ending it brings, and, often, it can mean that a painful period of time is finally over and that can bring a lot of relief. The message in this card is mostly about looking forward and not focusing on what has gone, at least not just yet. Get firmly on your new path before taking time to examine what has now gone and how you feel about it.
Now read on for the extra ‘Birthday’ card, since Pisces is the birthday sign this month.

Your extra birthday card is Justice. This card has appeared to let you know that, at long last, you will be recognised for your efforts. It could be that a decision you have been waiting for is about to come – hopefully in your favour, and all the effort you have put in and your behaviours throughout will have contributed to the outcome. Justice should help you to, not only feel vindicated in your actions, but validated for the approach you took and the way you have behaved. This is a positive card which should make you feel recognised and valued, and confirm that your efforts are always appreciated and taken into account. You should experience a validation of who and what you are, and for what you stand for. And this will make you feel good.
Happy Birthday!
End of Tarotscopes.
